How does the Presbyopia Occur?
As your eye’s lens can become less flexible, this makes it more difficult to change shape while focusing on close-up images. As a result, these images appear out of focus.
Causes of Presbyopia
It is due to hardening of the lens in the eye causing the eye to focus light behind rather than on the retina when looking at close objects.
Symptoms of Presbyopia

- The need to hold reading material at arm's length.
- Blurred vision at a normal reading distance
- Headaches or fatigue from doing close work
