Dr Sophia Zagora is a Medical Retina, Uveitis and Cataract Specialist.
Sophia is currently a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the University of Sydney and continues to conduct clinical research, has published multiple book chapters and manuscripts in major international ophthalmology journals and also frequently reviews articles for these journals.
EDUCATION
She graduated with honours from the University of Sydney Medical School, before completing a Public Health and Tropical Medicine which involved clinical study in Papua New Guinea, she underwent specialist training in ophthalmology at Sydney Eye Hospital, she undertook comprehensive subspecialty fellowship in uveitis, glaucoma and medical retina in Sydney Eye Hospital, and Uveitis Fellowship with Professor Sue Lightman at Moorfields Eye Hospital in London.
